Yes i gave full 16 eggs to her for incubating,i am surprised tooI see at least 10 chicks there, so if she started sitting on the first egg, and you started counting at that point, she won't actually start keep them at incubating temp until she has a full nest.

Maybe she didn't 100% commit to sitting on the day you thoughtcolder temperatures could also have delayed hatching
(I know that power outages, when using an incubator usually results in a delayed hatch).
YEah may be because of colder temperature, it was winter out here in india when she started siting on eggs,but at the same time another mama hatched all 16 eggs on 21st day ....this was suprising to me ,,Maybe she didn't 100% commit to sitting on the day you thoughtcolder temperatures could also have delayed hatching
