Mama hen taken chicks out

The chicks hatched 2 days ago. How long before mama hen will take the chicks out of the nest?

Both my hens took their chicks out around 2 to 3 days after they were born.

Another question, there are 4 eggs not hatched. Should I remove the 4 eggs?

Do they smell bad, if they do you should throw them out. But there still might be some chicks that havent hatched yet. Have you candled them?
