Mama Mouse jumped me

I found a mouse nest while getting firewood off my pile (which had been under a canvas tarp) yesterday.

I of course fed the 4 baby mice to my chickens. The mama mouse then (about 2 minutes later) jumped out and hit me in the stomach before falling to the ground and running away.

I screamed of course (I'm a priss).
