Been 110 heat index for the last week. Doing what we can with a fan, ice water, electrolytes and shade. Still think our 10 month old rooster suffered a heat stroke. He's been lethargic, isn't too interested in the hens and seems to lose his balance alot. He still eats and drinks. But during free range time he will just stand under my legs and not move at all.

Mix them all up a dose of Sav-A-Chik vitamins/electrolyte solution.
Can help a lot.

ETA: oops, sorry, just saw that you've already done this.

Not much else you can do...but wait it out and hope for the best.
You could submerge his whole body, but the head, in a tub of cool(not cold) water.
I was ready to do that but the electrolytes worked.

Not sure I'd bring them inside if the temp difference is too great,
going back out could do them in.

Can you sprinkle water on the coop roof? Or sprinkle on the birds ?
You can also make a chicken lollypop :
Take a paper cup, cut some vegetables and put some scratch seeds in it, cover it with water, or water and electrolytes, put it in the frizer and after it froze, take it out of the paper cup, and give it your the chicken.

It's been 100 degrees here in virginia this past week! I purchased nice wood sheds to convert to coops...man ole man...it got hot inside! I have the doors open...running fans...some chickens i free range..but the cemanis and seramas i do not. I actually took some of my birds and held each one in a bucket of water to cool them down. I have been waiting for a man I hired to build my runs to let them out..thankfully we had a cooler day yesterday and a nice storm. I got all my cages and dog crates set up...if it gets hot like that again I'm just gonna cage my rare chickens and move them to the garage during the heat of the day...thats 25 birds! Plus i have 5 more 2 12wk tiny serama chicks i have kept inside in a cage. I hate to see what August is like! I have been putting nutri drench in the water...so far..ive been lucky..

I'm presently filling 1 gallon water jugs with water and freezing. Next heat wave..im gonna put those in my buildings!

I don't have heat problems, but these suggestions about freezing seeds and things in ice balls sound like great boredom busters. The things I learn on this place just amazes me.
