Managing "My Page" her on BYC...need help on how to post a video?

I don't know where this belongs...Mods feel free to move if necessary.

I have uploaded a video of my chicks on Photobucket and I want it to be on "My Page" here on BYC. I cannot find instructions, and cannot figure out how to do it....

Can anyone help???
