Managing two coops/Seperate Flocks-Free range question

I have two flocks one flock is the offsprings from the other. I only have 1 roo. I let them out together they pretty much so far act as independent units. I have seen the roo mate with his offsring not a whole lot though. The roo is overwhelmed with 26 hens running around. They both go to their seperate coops every evening to roost.

I also have a few different flocks that are in different areas of the property. When I return home from work, I let all of them out to free range at the same time. There are never any problems. Every group always goes back to where they will roost for the night. They all know where their roosting house is. I have over 100 chickens and have never had a problem with different flocks and different coops.
