Mandarin and wood duck question

Hi guys I have mandarins and wood ducks. My questions is this. Everyone I’m talking to has ducks laying and mine are not. I have plenty of neat boxes and they’re exploring but no laying activity. Please help

I haven't had any in years, but I was recently inspired to get some more this fall. I am happy that yours started laying! It was the most exciting day ever, when I saw the babies parachuting down from the nest box with their parents. Mandarins are awesome parents to their young. Soooo cute to watch!

I have more than just regular mandarins and wood ducks. If you would like to be on my waiting list. I’m charging $90 a pair on mandarin pairs when they are available
