My whites

In Poland a white is one colour, and blonde second. They are similar to oneself, but genetically, these are different mutations. These mutations closely are connected with themselves. Still I am trying to understand the mechanism of heredity the blonde mutation.
Blonde female: Forehead and crown brightly fawn-grey; breast and flanks pale fawn-yellow mottled with white; back fawn-yellow; wings and tail brightly fawn-yellow; speculum chocolate-brown.
Blonde male: Similar to the white, but darker, with chocolate lines, around flanks; wings and tail brightly fawn-yellow, sail fawn-yellow.

What is the going sale price for a decent white mandarin drake? I've got an extra one that I'm gonna' sell and just wondering what a fair asking price would be. He is an early hatch 2011 bird and is just about fully feathered out in adult plumage. Thanks in advance.

Can someone put a picture of a white and a blonde male and female here, so i can see the difference, also an apricot pair in full colour please,

thanks in advance,

The going rate is 50-60 dollars. In USA white is one color. Blonde and apricot go hand in hand. It seems to me it works like this. There are five basic colorations that will turn up totally natural in the wild. They are normal, silver, white ,black, blonde or apricot(whatever color you want to call it) I feel alot of these colors turn up due to much inbreeding. If you start inbreeding these said birds you can come up with all kinds of names and colors. The skys the limit. If you want to speed up the process cross them with another species.(hybrids) Like the way you have domestic ducks and chickens. That may be how the gingers,white-throats and so forth were produced.Who knows?Unless someone genetically checked them.

Here are some of my apricot wood ducks I couldnt get to close to them to take the pictures or they would run in the bushes.
