Mango leaves

Welcome to BYC. Interesting first post... I suspect spam. I'd like to hear this "science." Do you have studies you can provide?
I just googled it as we have no such thing around here, and it sounds like they're very nutritious. There were many sources attesting to it. Nothing our chickens in Wisconsin will ever have though. :)

They sound very nutritious, but I'll pass. I'm very picky about what I give these silkies. Not enough, they can get vitamin deficiencies. Too much, and they or any chicken can OD on certain vitamins/minerals, or they don't excrete the excess and can end up sitting in their kidneys or liver. For example, Vit A is in those mango leaves. They get more than enough A in their feed, so giving them much more, they don't excrete that like they can most other ones, such as Vit. C.

I'm just cautious and very careful.
