Manna Pro Door Sensor Error

Hi all,
We have had the Manna Pro automatic door opener for a few years now, typically works great. We had a few nights of below freezing and a stuck door. We got it up once manually, replaced the batteries and now it’s stuck down and reading “Sensor Error - Contact Seller.” I did that but don’t have a ton of hope that they’ll fix it. Has anyone figured out a fix on this?

I dont have the same door, but with mine I just removed the sensor. It was not working because shavings would block it. I haven't had a problem in 6 years with injuries!

No it does. It just does not stop if a chicken crosses under it.
