Manson Eye Worms HELP

I haven't separated them from the flock yet because my new hens didn't have it when I got them so should I separate my 2 from the rest the flock?

@ChicKat here is some pictures of their eyes idk if I should separate my 2 girls from the whole Flock don't know what to do I'm nervous don't want all my chickens to get whatever they have

No smell nothing but I don't get how they would have gotten this because everyone was separated for a month and my new hens are fine and yes these are the only ones

I would only separate them if they are being picked on.

Quarantine is a good way to observe new birds to see if they become symptomatic of illness, to check for lice/mites, etc. However, birds can be carriers of disease and never show symptoms at all. Quarantine is not a guarantee that they are "disease free" it just tells you they have not shown symptoms.

If you are dealing with a respiratory illness (which I suspect you are) - it's very possible that your older hens contracted it from the new ones. That's one possibility. Diseases can be transmitted in dust/dander, on clothes, shoes, etc. as well. The common denominator is new birds.

MG (Mycoplasma) is fairly common. Without testing, it can be a guess as to what they have. Antibiotics will treat the symptoms of MG. If you have vet care, see if they can give you something - Tylosin, Tetra or Doxycycline. The pus still needs to be cleaned out of the eyes daily and it would be a good idea to put eye ointment in the eyes a couple of times a day too.

Looks like Jedds has some Tylosin in stock now - it's been very hard to get and selling out at most places as soon as they have any in stock, so if you don't have a vet, I suggest you order fairly quickly. https://www.jedds.com/shop/tylan-soluble-100-g/

Alrighty @Wyorp Rock I just separated them 2 older Hens Praying the others don't get it they are 8 years also so probably weaker immune system because I had ducks so I couldn't eat the eggs gave me upset stomach and everything so she get traded out some hens 8 months old and some 4 to 5 month old hens and one I believe was a rooster and it had the same thing was quarantined away from my other ones in another pen and had the same symptoms none of them got it the ones with it I think it has to do something with the immune system but I quarantine a month from my older ones so I get what you are saying maybe the younger one which wasn't around my older ones give it to them. So I will the best I can for them I can't afford a vet since they are older Hens I believe just weak immune system also because I have 2 blind girls that was with the young Hens and she got it but recovered without medicine so idk what's going on I appreciate all the help and advice

The pictures of swollen eyes don't look like they eyes my chickens had when I treated.

If you look at the video on this link:
https://www.chickenheavenonearth.com/eye-worm-physical-removal-chicken-heaven-on-earth.html
It shows how they removed the worms from the chicken's eye. You can see the squirming white worms. You may need to get someone to hold the chicken and wrap the chicken tightly in a towel to prevent scratches. IF you don't see the squirming worms as shown in the video -- their eye problem may possibly not be eye worms.
