Manual for A3 Oakes incubator for chickens

I was given an A3 Oakes Mfg. incubator. I do not have a manual so am having problems figuring out how to use it. Could anyone help?

Can you post a few pictures of the bator? Both inside and out.

Make sure you purchase at least one thermometer and calibrate it and pick up a humidity gauge and salt test it.
