Really need help here. After 24 hrs of lethargy and straining, tried epsom bath, crushed calcium tablet, and steamy shower room, resorted to manual removal. She had already been passing whites so I know egg was already busted. Could not feel hard egg so suspected soft shell. After using a gloved finger and massage I got 2 small pieces of membrane and a lot of yolk. I suspect there is still retained membrane. What do I do for her now? More manual removal? Also are antibiotics needed? Appreciate any advice, she is very special

Can you get an accurate weight so we can calculate a dose?
What do I do if there is any soft shell stuck inside? I was given advice to flush with white vinegar and water with oral syringe but not sure if I should try that

@casportpony Good morning! Is there any more advice you can give? I started her on the enrofloxacin yesterday at 0.1 ml because that was her dosage from when it was prescribed. Today she is eating and drinking but otherwise lethargic and standing in one spot. I'm concerned there is still soft shell in her but I don't know if I should try to get it out or wait for her to pass it. I also gave her a calcium tablet crushed up in her mash
