Maran chickens

I'm planning on purchasing 3 or 4 maran chickens!
I live in a urban area with a average back garden....
I would like to leave them roam free around my garden ,

We have fences but I would like to know how high these chickens can fly/jump?

They can fly over a 7 foot fence I can tell you that from experience. Clip their wings and it will help. But I have had chickens that would not jump a 4 foot fence....depends on the chicken.
