We have 3 x 4 week old Maran x Legbars. It may be early to tell but one is jumping out as a Roo but the other two I'm on the fence.
Feathering hasn't been much different. One has always been significantly larger but they feathered at very similar rates.
One has large comb and some wattle which had a hint of pink irl but is the first one to fly out and is a little bolder.
The other two are more similar in personality but one comb is a little bigger, wattle growth is similar though no colour irl in either I think the photos pink them all up more because of the light.
I feel like it's 2 x roo and 1 x pullet. The reason for the question now is that I need to return at least one Roo if we have two. We are undecided if we can try and keep one but I have to go back in the next few days with the Roo/s. I'd have liked to hold off for a couple more weeks but we aren't going to be able to it seems.
