Marans in Western Washington?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any Marans or Welsummer breeders in Western Washington, or anyone just selling fertile eggs or chicks. I would rather not buy through a hatchery, but I live in the city and therefore cannot order and keep the standard 25 egg minimum from breeders elsewhere in the country.
