Marans roosters?

I bought 3 sexed Marans pullets and want to verify that 2 are in fact roosters before selling them. All 3 are about 13 weeks and in the first picture, two of which are Black Copper Marans. I also would like to learn how to describe the other Marans coloration. He appears somewhere between Blue Copper and Splash Marans coloration, but doesn't seem to fit either to me. The second picture shows his coloring accurately.

Yep, they're both boys.

I'd call the second one splash, just with leakage.

Thank you! I think he is awfully pretty, but he is starting to mime crow.
