Marans Sexing

I have a 7 week old Blue Copper Marans, and I'm thinking it's a he, but I want to get some confirmation as soon as possible, since he'll be sold if it's a cockerel (no room in breeding program for him).

So what do you think, pullet or cockerel?

Male due to size of comb and wattles. Also, we had Blue, black and splash CM -males and females and the males had more feathers on their legs at an earlier age than the females and overall more feathers on their legs as they grew.
