I only ever let her set once. I just wanted to see how her mothering/brooding ability was. I would give her and EXCEPTIONAL for brooding, but I didn't let her raise the chicks, just kicked her loose and sent her back to the salt mines...

Most certainly I would collect droppings! My enclosures are on sand. I have several.
