I have had the fabulous Bev Davis lines... They are the bomb... I have small enclosures and not much room... I prefer a smaller bird... I have a couple mutants from the Bev line I keep... they are hecka small for Davis birds....I don't hatch their eggs... I sure enjoy spoiling myself eating them though.

I have noticed a big size difference in the Davis and Jeane line also.

BANTAM MARANS>>> HMMM ... I know bigger is better... but the little bugger are soooo sweet...You should see this little hen.. I will have to get a photo... she lays a golf ball. She is 1/2 the size of a Bev bird....Not quite bantam, but really close... She has blue eyes... She is the cutest dang thing... I call her Bette Davis eyes.
