Well, these were pretty eggs, but my girls didn't hatch them out. This is the second time I have let them sit on their eggs and both times I came up with zero. However, I cracked them open and they were partially developed. They are fertile, but my girls just won't stay put on them.

But it has been pretty hot here as well. Probably just too hot to hatch them outside.
So, maybe I need to break down and get that Suro incubator.

Beautiful eggs sorry your girls wouldn't hatch them I have an Ameraucana on nine eggs one second generation olive egger three wellsummers one ameraucana and three delaware eggs hopefully she hatches them out on her own. To bad I don't think I got any Marans eggs in under her

Hey has anyone else noticed that the pictures they have uploaded to the site are grainy and unfocused now all the sudden?
Mine all look different today. The resolution is different and they are less focused.

I bought eggs from Ruth...yesterday was day 21...2 hatched out last night before bed. I have NEVER had a Marans hatch on day 21, they are all usually late. Hate being at work today...wanna be home with my nose pressed against the incubator door!!!
