idk if this worked but i wanted to show off my new roo and ask if anyone knows what breed he is?!?

Mrs. AK-Bird-Brain, I candle with a flashlite and a toilet paper roll. But, when the flashlite is missing, I resort to a reguler old lamp, wrap a towel around ( the shade and under ), only exposing lite from the top. And then I use a full toilet paper roll over that hole. That works great.

I have eggs that I can't get a clear view of. Just let them go in the bator and hope.

That is what I did to, just put them in. Then in about 7 days if they are darker and harder to see, chances are they are developing. Often you will get clearer spots on the other end of the egg if it is bad.

We are officially in lockdown! One power outage on day 3 and a power outage on day 17...... original hatch date should have been 12-11-09, we will see!
