Possible. I’ve never done turkey eggs, though, so I could be wrong. But if something like that was on a chicken or duck egg, I would think that would be a bruise. @MGG have you done turkeys before?

I have not. I would guess it's some kind of little blemish or something, it could be a bruise too though.
I'm interested to see what Elk says.

They can sometimes, esp. if a vein or something in the hen's oviduct gets ruptured while making the egg. I'm not too familiar with this kind of thing so don't quote me on it though.
