Not quite 10 days old and some of these are definitely boys!

They are adorable!!! Love the "spotted" ones!!!!

I have no idea what's going on gentically with those ones with so much white.

It's a LOT more white than my normal Australorp chicks.

I have another kinda acting like she might! She gets kinda riled up when I take the eggs in the evening just like my other one did before she started sitting the eggs I gave her. Its another one of my Phoenix hens too.

And she is sitting eggs! Got her moved in with her sister who has hatch 4 so far but still keeps going back to the eggs going to give her till Tuesday on the rest. 3 hatched on Friday and one early this morning.

Starting the 24 in the 360 this evening.

So had 4 chicks pop out yesterday, waited over 24 hours and got my brooder ready. Waited, nothing more happened. Came back from putting in the brooder to this! (Im hoping the video attached)

Edit, it would appear it didn't attach. I had another pop out as soon as I got into the house, so 5 out of 8 shipped eggs so far. And maybe ill leave the others for an extra day just in case

I would hand turn them, and possibly any eggs they are resting on as they can get stuck also.

Ok, I'll be doing it in the morning and evening and have my brother do it at noon.

One last eggy that isn’t doing anything yet, hoping to wake up to a fresh chick My dumb heating pack is trapped in the shed! So I’m hoping everyone is ok to move to the brooder in the morning… It’ll be just over 48 hours for the first chick. I *know* they can last longer for shipping and stuff, but boy do I hate waitingggggg
