Still don't know if paquitgrl got her box. Sent it at the same time as CayuseRanch. Has anyone heard from her? I'm hoping she's alright. I've pm'd and posted here to see how things showed up, but haven't heard. Kind of getting worried about her.

Got all my eggs!!!! My incubator will be FULL! I'm so excited!

I just candled mine, one air cell looks a little battered but they rest look just a little bruised

I think they made the trip just fine.

So now we wait

BTW I hope all the eggs hatch for you. I had a little accident, so lost a few from my birds that were for the hatch. Figures they were the ones I needed.

OK I won"t tell ya. Yes I will. 2

Thought I was going to get some sleep, but I though I heard my dogs out and a chicken was cackling. My dogs were up, but there was one in the alley barking and one of the hens was having a fit. I found 2 more eggs. A Lav AM and a SPPR. Was really counting on more purple ones.

OK one more thing to do and I'm out for the night.

Well my turkey eggs arrived today! Yay! I know its too late to set them to hatch Easter but I'm setting them and will be a few days behind. All were in good shape and resting now before I candle to see how the air cells are. I bought these from a BYCer and she did an awesome job packing and the postal system was easy with this box

So I'll set these 13 turkey eggs shortly and however eggs I get from my chickens today

Still nothing from my swap partner or a side swap partner.

I have some awesome news!!!!! My Duck eggs from Zookeeper15133 are all viable and growing!!!!! I did not expect that from eggs shipped from western Pa to Western Mt. That's over 2,000 miles and through the postal system. But when I candled them tonight thats what I got 100% growing and developing. With all the horror stories I've been reading here I expected about 50% viability after that distance. Way to go Zookeeper15133, I think allot of it had to do with the care in packaging.

Now I guess the rest is up to me I hope I do not screw it up! I have never incubated duck eggs before!

I just finished filling up 2 bators with chicken and 6 (Sebbie?) goose eggs.

I have one from last week full of duck eggs. Now to wait another 3 weeks!

Deb (Hot2pot): Got the eggs today. Finally the post office sent them after being in the mail since Monday. They crushed 5 eggs and the yolk was everywhere. 6 managed to make it. Great packing job. If u wouldn't have packed them so well I wouldn't have any. Love the sizzles.
