Marching in with new chickens for sale?

We stopped at our local Ag. shop for feed, asked the clerk about the earliest availability for spring chickens. "March ~ so the kids will get Easter chickies"

No, I'm looking for pullets. Guess I'll go back to the farmer who sold me my original 6, but I'm wanting another breed, maybe anEE or Delaware, One Buff Orpington is definitely coming home this spring! I can just hear my hubby fussing now!

maybe there are some BYCers near you who could help you out. I just made a deal with the local man who takes my roos, Im getting some hatching eggs and maybe some chicks from him when my hen goes broody in the spring. He has a huge flock and takes my roos for breeding.
