So far I’ve lost 4 chickens to what I believe is marek’s. So when another hen started limping about a week ago I didn’t think much of it, it was sad to think another chicken was developing it but there wasn’t anything I could do. But now, this same hen is starting to walk like a penguin and pump her tail. Although she started with just limping on one leg, and I’m still getting the same amount of eggs I usually get. I’m just confused at this point. I treated her so far with a bath and I’m going to give her some extra calcium later today. What do you think is going on? Because I’m lost.

To know for sure, the next time you lose a bird, send it to your state poultry diagnostic lab for necropsy and lab work. They'll tell you exactly what killed it as well as any other health issues it had.
What state are you in?
North Carolina.

Can you post some photos of her? A video of her walking/moving may be helpful - upload to youtube, then provide us a link.
What does her poop look like?

Walking like a penguin sounds like either egg binding, trouble passing a soft shell egg or she has a reproductive problem like Egg Yolk Peritonitis, cancer, tumors, Salpingitis or Internal laying.
When you give her another soak, feel inside the vent for an egg.

Did you get a diagnosis of Marek's? If you happen to lose this hen, it would be a good idea have a necropsy/testing for confirmation of illness. You don't have your location in your profile, you can look up your lab in the following link.

North Carolina.
LOL You just added your state.

Here's a link to the NC lab system. We have 4 labs - Arden/Fletcher, Elkin, Raleigh and Monroe. Testing is fairly reasonable, so it's something you should consider doing if you lose her. http://www.ncagr.gov/vet/ncvdl/

We will help you the best we can. Look forward to your photos.

It just so happens that she pooped after I gave her a bath. Here’s a picture.

I’ll go out and take a picture of her in a bit. But because of phone issues, a video will not be possible.

How old is she?
Is that blood in the stool?

Did you feel inside her for a stuck egg?
Almost 9 months old. I didn’t see blood in it when I looked at it. (Didn’t realize the poor quality of the picture when I took it. I didn’t feel for an egg, (we are out of disposable gloves.)
