Marek’s Vaccine Temperature

I know that the Marek’s vaccine needs to be kept cold. However, I would like to know what is the temperature that it should not go over. The information that comes with the vaccine says that it needs to be stored between 35F and 45F, but then in the directions it says to store the diluent at not over 80F. So which is it?

Both. When diluted, it should be at room temperature because you don't want to inject something that cold into a baby chick.
Covid-19 vaccines must remain between -58°F and +5°F till it is time to use them. Then, like your instructions they are warmed to between 36°F and 46°F. When put into syringes, they are brought to room temperature before the jab.
