I have had some staggered hatches over the last couple weeks, and everybody will be hatched out by the end of this weekend. Unfortunately, that makes my oldest chicks about two weeks old. I cannot afford to swing multiple bottles of the Merrick’s vaccine, and since it has to be used immediately, I plan on just vaccinating everybody this weekend. I know that it is advised to do it as a day old chicks, and that delaying might diminish the protection offered, but is there any harm in vaccinating my older chicks?

Nope, it's said you can vaccinate older chickens, but it's nowhere near as effective as it is for the day-olds.
Thanks! Ideally, everybody would’ve hatched at the same time, but my rooster has not been reliable for me, fertility wise.
