Marek suspicion

i have a rooster who i have suspected to have mareks. it came out of no where when he was about a month old now he's six months old. noon of my other chickens have showed signs of mareks. could it really be a mareks or is it a birth defect?

he doesn't walk correctly. he wobbles when he walks almost as if he had a broken knee but there is no fracture and its been a couple months and its not getting better
