Mareks Disease - can I rehome or destroy?

I have a mixed flock 8 hens and 1 rooster, most vaccinated some not but I’ve had confirmed mareks deaths in the past. I have a gorgeous James Woods open air coop I had built by the Amish, a predator proof run and really just a beautiful setup. I’m no longer able to keep them and sadly have to decide what to do. Is it possible to rehome along with everything to someone that already has a mareks positive flock? Or should I burn it all to the ground? Ideas welcome!

I'd sanitize the coop with bleach water spray then let it sit for a few weeks open. I think you can sell it.
I'm not sure about the chickens.
