Mareks disease? Help!!!

My 4 month old buff orpington is sick all if sudden she's down and her left foot leg is not working. Brought her to the vet and did blood work and ex rays and antibiotic injection and pills. Trying vitamens, St. John's wort 30.. Any other suggestions please?? I love her to pieces! Also she is eating and trying to move around the best she can
