Hi everyone.
A bit more than one month ago I took home some quails which were about 3 or 4 weeks old.
After 1 week one began to look a bit unbalanced and after some days she bagan to keep the wings in a strange way (maybe like she keeps her balance like this), so I took her to the vet. He said it probably was an bump injury and suggested to separate her and give her a bit of scratch along with the feed since she was kept inside due to the quarantine. Here you can't find gamebird/quail feed, so I improvize with a chick (for youngsters) or bird feed suggested by the feed mill (for adults) with soybean flour and some mealworms to reach the right amount of proteins, plus they have freechoice grit and oyster shells (the ones for the cagebirds and parrots, the only ones you can find here that will fit in a quail beak).
So I did all the things the vet said and I see there was a little improvement but I don't think there was anything more. So I'm worried it can be Marek's (so grateful I quarantined them)
Now she still walks and keeps the wings in a strange way but her legs are strong, the poo in perfect and, apart from that problem, she acts pretty normal (cleans herself, eats and drinks). When I pick her up she stretches her legs but they aren't paralyzed because she can still move them.
Here's a video about her walking
Thanks to everyone who can answer to my question, I'm really worried this can be Marek's.
