I have 24 hens- 8 are just starting to lay and I realized I never got the newbies thier marek's vaccination, since I purchased them from a local farmer. Can I give it to them now? All look healthy except for one of my original girls who looks like someone has pulled some of her feathers out on her wings. Thanks for your iput.

I have read on here several times that the Marek's vaccine has to be given at birth, like within 24 or 48 hours or something.

While Marek's is ordinarily given within the first two days, it can be given at any time as long as the bird has not been exposed to Marek's already.
See paragraph four of this very helpful link on Marek's:

I have personally given my chickens Marek's at 3 months old successfully.
