Marek's vaccine question

I know that chicks from hatcheries are vaccinated as day old chicks. But I'm curious about those who incubate and raise their own chicks.... Can you vaccinate at any age? Or can you only vaccinate when they are a day old?

Have any of you done your own vaccinations? Where do you inject the chick?
