Is this an early sign? She’s only a few months old.

It’s been a few years since I had a sick chicken but I don’t remember any visual changes. For mine, it started with lethargy and progressed to paralysis.

Is there a reason you think it might be Mareks?
 
Is the other eye normal? Can you post a picture of the other eye?
It doesn't look like a typical Marek's eye at this point, it looks more like a coloboma eye, which is a genetic abnormality of the iris. Marek's eyes tend to look pinched or shrunken with grey margins or iris, though there are variations. In some images of occular Marek's the pupil is just a tiny point.
