how do you mark birds.
I intend to bring in new birds or hatch some eggs. How can I mark the birds from different breeders?
Obviously you can't tattoo them like rabbits I am getting ready to order a incubator and would order what I need at the same time

I have been looking into wing tagging (Jiffy Wing Tags)

the reason why is leg rings tend to fall of if they are too big and need constant changing for bigger size as they grow upto size 16mm then your OK which is 16 weeks

wing tags applied properly will stay for life and wont hurt


another way is toe punching but I donr feel confident or if the skin in between gets torn or isn't enough the hole is useless as id
