In total honesty,, I think a new incubator would be best choice. By the time you do find a thermostat that may work, you need to retrofit it into your unit. I also noticed your incubator seems to not have an egg turner. I may be wrong, but just my observation.

I do have other incubators. But this one is the most accurate with the highest hatch rate. It's a set it and forget it type that i do not want to part with. Yes there is an automatic turner built in, hence the name. However, tossing a $700 incubator/relic because of a thermostat isn't going to be an option until I have exhausted all possibilities
