I ordered mine from my pet chicken.com because I couldn't find the breed that I wanted locally. They arrive in four weeks! Is there a particular kind you want?

Not really , just a good egg layer breed, maybe RLR

Anyone interested in a Swedish Flower cockerel? I have two that are looking for new homes (I have no use for 4 SFH roos... only need 1 plus a back up). They are just a couple weeks shy of 5 months old.

I have a hen who has gone broody. Does anyone have some hatching eggs? I'd like to hatch more than the 2 I currently have if she's going to set a clutch. I'm in southern Maryland Charlotte Hall area.

Well, if you have any young pullets or chicks, I would be! But we can't have roosters. They look wonderful.

check with farmers and planters (southern states) at Mill st and 50, you can call them to see if they have any right now, they told me they were getting some last week. That's where I got mine in feb this year.

If you are looking for hens that are already laying, I got two from princess ann

Farm stores are still getting them in. Give tractor supply and southern states a call and see if they're getting any. Also, I see tons on craigslist.

BTW anyone n the Eastern Shore know if anyone local sells seramas chicks or hatching eggs?

I have a sweet female, but no rooster. There are some nice serama roosters in southern maryland, but I'm not heading over there anytime soon. If you go get one, I'll give you some eggs or hatch some for you
