I had a great hatch yesterday! All 9 of my turkey eggs hatched successfully after a failed attempt to hatch others :) I put a mash in their brooder for them, but remember my local feed store had me start my BBW meat turkeys right off the bat with a crumble. Which is best?? Powdery mash or turkey crumble?

A proper high protein turkey starter should be used for poults. A good turkey starter is normally not a fine powder so that the poults learn to distinguish it as food. I often see turkey grower in a finer form than the turkey starter.
