Living in England, it tents to get very cold over the winters, and I was wondering if theres a mash or something (like chick feed) i could give them to keep them warm during the cold days.
Some people over here give their flocks warm oatmeal or cooked rice. You can also get the laying mash and mix in some warm water with it until it forms a rough paste.
Oatmeal, cream of wheat, or any other hot cereal/mash that's made from grain would probably make your chickens happy. You can even add treats to it like fruits and veggies. They're pretty easy to please when it comes to a warm meal.
Can you get finely ground corn? That's what I mix with warm water to make their mash. Sometimes I sprinkle black oil sunflower seeds or kernels of fresh corn into it.
