Massillon, OH - Laws?

I live in Massillon OH and I have been trying to find out our city laws with chickens. right now I have 5 girls in our backyard, and they are probably not allowed to be there but no one cares lol. We are moving (but still within the same city) and I want to make a permanent, nice coop for them (our new place has much more yard space) but I don't know if our new neighbors will kick up a fuss, so I want to check out the rules. But I also don't want to tell the city gov't out my plans if I don't have to.

I don't see anything in the ordinances that specifically prohibits chickens. This contributor from the Backyard Chickens database seems to suggest the same: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/massillon-ohio Obviously, laws regarding noise, nuisance, or animals running at large usually apply, but it seems there may be no specific prohibition against the animals themselves.

Thank you very much! My husband talked to the local game warden (about deer, unrelated to the chickens) and he didn't know of any laws.
