Mating behaviors at 3 Months?

So, at roughly 12 weeks of age I have a mix (Silkie x Polish?) bantam roo who's mounting a black cochin pullet of about the same age. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Oh, yeah. My Scout was "mating" his girls at nine weeks old.

lol, thanks for sharing SpeckledHen. I noticed last night that my splash OEG roo is exhibiting the same behavior and he's at 3 months also! Very strange.... maybe it's the weather...
