Mating or fighting?

I have got a pair of Dutch bantams which are soon to be more as I am buying some chicks!!! . Anyway my rooster keeps on running up to the girl and flapping his wings at her and is chasing her. He is also crowing more than usual. My room isn't hurting her as he isn't pecking but is he trying to mate?

I thought it might be a bit early as they are both only about 10 week ?

My rooster runs up to his hens, drops 1 wing and beats it on his side, and sort of dances in a circle. He's trying to impress the hen with his cool dance moves!!
