ok so we have about 20 chickens and 2 roosters well 1 rooster is the alpha and crows and as of today mounts the girls, is it possible to get baby chicks from chickens who just started laying last week and the chickens are all under 15 weeks!

Is it possible? Yes, but it is reccomended that you wait a while, let the hens' eggs get some size on them, and let the rooster get the knack so your fertility will be better. You want a higher hatch rate and the longer you wait the better it should be. Good luck!
