Can 2 ducklings that we're ordered online and were shipped together mate? Or would they technically be siblings even though they are different breeds? Can they mate if they grew up together?

Yes they can. It would be unlikely that they are related coming from a hatchery. Even if they were, they still can you just don't want to breed for many generations without introducing new bloodlines.
