Maturity for meat birds

Do meat bird pullets reach sexual maturity faster? They're only 12 weeks but combs and wattles are reddening and the cockerels are starting to show an interest in them.

They might. Even though they are slower growing than the CX, they are still faster growing than a regular chicken. It's possible that this applies to sexual maturity as well.
