Maxey, GA - anyone know what the regs/restrictions might be?

I am looking at a house in Maxey, Ga (just south of Athens) and couldn't find anything in the Regs section here. Before I run to the local gov offices and start asking questions, I thought someone here might know....

Hi there I looked around the municode for you (Athens Clarke County) and couldnt find any prohibitions.... you might want to dig around in there a bit. http://library.municode.com/index.aspx?clientID=12400&stateID=10&statename=Georgia keep putting Chickens, fowl, livestock, poultry in the seach box.....
I think you are in luck
They dont have Maxey listed so maybe call animal control in that town

Maxey is so small, very rural, doubt there are any restriuctions there. Maxey is close to Stephens, and Union Point. You may want to call a realtor in the Greensboro GA as it's not far from these towns. Good luck, Sue
