may be buying incubator off craigslist...need help

What should I ask this guy. He has two. One that is 30$ that has the egg rotater and one that is 15 that does not. Are there other items that I should ask about? I noticed on this board people always fussing over temp gauges and such. Is this something that normally comes with an incubator or do I need to buy it seperate? I'm in an email conversatioin right now with him so pardon my horrible typing skills at the moment. Any help would be appreciated...

You could ask if it has the thermometer/hydrometer feature already on it. It 'should'. But if it doesn't, it's not the end of the world. They sell for a few bucks at a home improvement store.

Ask if it is still air of if it has a fan.
