today would be the last day to sign up. then our great and mighty leader has to match all of us up and then let us know who to send to.

I am sure it will take a couple days to get it all straight.

Meanwhile I'm starting to collect eggs.

Oh no I am so sorry. In March I had a dog (or two) do the same to mine. It sucks BIG TIME!

I'm getting nervous that mine are going to stop laying too! LOL. I swear my Marans eggs look lighter than normal as though they're going to start molting. Hopefully it's just my paranoid imagination

I am so excited! I have eight eggs already but depending on when we get our swap names I may replace a couple so the are very fresh.

I was going to join again, but my bourbon red's have gone on strike. One isn't laying at all and the other is laying only every other day... Other than that, I only have EE or EExBO crosses. Not really all that worth it.

Can you trade chicken eggs for other poultry? Thought I'd ask since I always trade chicken for chicken.
